Call the atc for your area and get the routing information for that aircraft. Then file a FR ( flight restriction) with the faa over your area. Kinda strange nobody picked it up. If he is as low as you said he is breaking a few rules. If it is an experimental aircraft they would have to file a flight plan incase they go down. Hope that helped.

You guys are pretty funny not much different from the other forums I've frequented at least on this one most guys are local.... Which could be dangerous...
I'm glad the landowner and the pilot have worked it out, that was my hope... I don't have time in my life to fight with people, although as me and Travis discussed, it's real hard to get tone in text...
