Ok, I need some help with target panic. I have been shooting a long time and just recently developed this problem. I am shooting good groups, however I can't seem to put my pin on the bullseye. It is almost like drive by shooting. I bring my pins from bottom up and when I get to the yellow and X, my brain or something will not let me put the pin dead center. Any advice on how to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Try coming from the top down, and hold you pin as on the X as long as possible without shooting.
I have noticed in very non scientific manner that folks who bring their pin up from the bottom tend to develop TP or lock up low much more than those who bring the pin from the top down.
It takes a lot of time to break it for forever, and even then it still shows up at random times. Hope you get it handled.

I shoot coming from the bottom up. That in and of itself doesn't constitute your TP. What is happening is most likely what happened to me. You don't want to lose sight of your intended target, therefore your brain won't allow you to cover it up. As has been posted, take aim and do not even think about shooting. Let your pin come over the spot and hover for a good 5 seconds. Squeeze that trigger, but do not expect to shoot. If you get tired before you shoot, let down. I did exactly that about 20 times per session for a week and it cured me.
