How to hunt from a Live Oak?

A ladder stand leaned against the trunk where there are other limbs branching out works great.
If you can find a limb running out that has a "Y" in it then you can use a seat that I have used for years. The seat is built on an all thread coupler. It screws to an a 3/4" all thread rod that sticks into a 3/4" hole you drill into the oak limb. If you drill the hole out onto one of the limbs then you can have a place for your feet all the way around you. Here is a picture.
