Coming to an end....digging an old Indian Camp GarGuy style...

It has been a fun adventure digging with Steve and his dad over the past few weeks off and on. We have ran into some issues along the way...I'm thinking them ol Indian gods ain't too happy with us right now but I'm going to make peace with them come morning time.

We got started today around 12 or so and dug for about 6 solid hours. We founds about 60 or so total. I didn't get a pic of all of them but here are a few pictures that I did take.

We will get started a little after 8 tomorrow morning and plan on making a full day of it. Hopefully after my talk with them Indian spirits in the morning, the points will be jumping off the sifter table.

No sir, really haven't even scratched the surface. It would take years and years to dig the entire place. Garguy has to get back to other priorities and we both need to get ready for bow season which is creeping up on us quickly. We will dig all day tomorrow and depending on how things go, maybe even a bit Friday before cleaning up and packing it in. Garguy can come back anytime he wants to do some digging when he is able. Hopefully we can plan another dig after hunting season.
