Ghost Doe?

Cuddeback camera took this picture and it looks like that doe is a ghost. Does anybody know why this happens?

On a normal camera, you can purposely get a blur like that by keeping the shutter open longer. My guess is the the shutter stayed open longer in order to let more light in and caught her while moving.
