If it was your 1st time to try a fixed blade

Which broadhead would you try? My concerns are that it will take a lot of time to sight it in and that I will have to make major adjustments. I have always shot mechanicals because they shoot almost identical to my field points. Another issue is that I would have to waste a broadhead to sight the bow in. And broadheads are expensive.

I'll second the slick tricks for ease of tuning

My first fixed blade were the G5 Montecs. At 20 yards shot 2" to the left before tuning.

I shoot Magnus two blades for practice and hunting. I don't remember having to do any tuning when I quit using field tips on my compound or my trad bows.

They are inexpensive, easy to sharpen, are sold at Academy, and have a lifetime warranty. What more do you want?

Slick tricks or Muzzy's. If your bow is tuned, it will shoot any fixed blade. If it's not, you'll definitely have to do some tuning. It just depends on how far out of tune it is.

My first was muzzy, but I'd say slick trick since they shoot like field tips
