Does anyone have a 24'x10" hinged Deerview Window they can measure for me? I do not know if the measurements provided on their site is the window opening or frame. I'm needing the length and width on the outside of the frame because I plan on inletting the window then framing the opening from the outside. I've tried PM'ing 'thehunted' and can't get a response.

Make frame one inch smaller than window. You will be good -
They can build whatever size you want.. you want to make your rough opening slightly smaller than the listed size (1"). I'm not sure I follow your process, but just fyi the hinged window is going to come the two pegs that project above and below the window maybe 1/4". There are two brackets which screw to the frame that these pegs pivot in. If by in letting you're planning on having a tight frame from which this window to hinged in and out of don't forget about those parts.
The window is basically built larger that the opening with a soft backing around the frame. The extra 1" you've left in the opening is there so that the frame of the window can seal against the framing.
