I had a health situation with one of my students years ago on a mission trip. I called the mom from the hospital to verify what she wanted done. While sitting at the hospital, i get a text from the mom going on and on about the "stupid" youth minister doesnt know how to handle an emergency situation and that she had to call an ambulance to get her boy to the hospital. I called her back and she was like "oops...that was meant for a friend." To this day, she will go out of her way to tell people how wonderful i am when we are in the same room.
