Browning - If you need any more help, let me know. Both me and my brother are in Cypress..... Can be there to help out a TBHer in need!!!

BTW - Tractor Supply, Steinhausers have the cattle panels, not sure how much they are.

If you need a hand I'll take a few out for you. I don't mind cleaning em and my freezer is starting to look kinda empty. Gotta keep the family fed. I don't mind helpin set up some feed pens.

There is a simple solution to take care of hogs. Invite me to kill them. I have virtually no game in my freezer and i am hungry {ha,ha}. They are hard to keep out, they can even climb hog panels to get to the feeder and ofcourse, they can dig. I would think they will bend to hunting pressure as they are smart animals and if they can get a free meal elsewhere, without getting shot at, you would think they would do it. Good luck and it was great to have you shoot with us on Wednesday. That Browning was smoking. Woody

I saw a feeder set up to stop the hogs (or maybe slow them down)....place a piece od sheet metal around the slinger of the feeder, this will make the corn go start down. Place 4 "T-post" in the ground under the feeder (~4' x 8', maybe alittle smaller if needed), tie a piece of plywood on to the "Tpost" (making a table)...the corn will sling from the feeder on to the table (and not the ground)....make the table tall enough to keep the hogs off it but allow the deer to eat off it.....the table should be big enough to keep the corn on it and not on the ground.....might help....?

I'll see what I can do. And I had a blast at the shoot met some real nice folks. Can't wait to do it again!

I would talk to Mary before cutting the hog panels in half. She can post a video of a large hog jumping over a 39" hog panel, and two strands of barb wire won't stop a big hog.

I would use a minimum of 8 panels and preferably more.

The hog panels I have seen are 34" tall. I can step over mine.

typically, we just hunt them. Seems that they stay away from the feeders when your hunting for them.
