Cell Phone Question

Currently I have a Droid Razor with Verizon. I am going to be switching from the Droid to the I Phone 5S and also switching to AT&T since there is no verizon service at the ranch. Can they transport/transfer all my numbers and stuff from my droid to the I-Phone?

Ask the rep at the store to assist... they have a way to do it quickly
