Strange Ending to Great Trip

It's been an interesting summer so far. Took down a good board, got to go on a bowfishing trip with my son and son-in-laws, and hiked the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon hike ended suddenly when I developed rhabdomyolysis (basically kidney failure). That got me a free helicopter ride out of the Canyon and two days in the Flagstaff Hospital. All is good now and I am working on getting ready for the whitetail season.

glad you are feeling better. i had rhabdo once, was in the hospital for 5 days...i learned an important lesson on how far to push my myself

That's No fun...I developed rhabdo when I had a full blown heat stroke. Glad you made it or ok.
