Any comments on Toyo Open Country tires

Will be needing some ATs to replace stock tires before hunting seasons start up. Any good or bad words on the Toyos is appreciated.

I like mine until i got in the mud. Absolutley no traction in the mud. I put mine on the front and then put some more aggressive ones on the back.

they suck in the mud, and sand. go with BFG AT. you will get just as many miles of of both. i have open countrys on right now with almost 50k on them but i will be going back to BFG's. I just got a good deal on them so i tried them out. I would not recommend them.

I have the Nitto Terra-Grapplers (pretty much the same exact tread pattern) and have really enjoyed them. They ride super smooth on the highway and have just fine off road the few times I have needed them.

I had them and really didn't care for them. I went with the Pro-comp Extreme all terrain and am on my second set now. I got over 50 thousand miles on the last set and still had a little tread left and they also clean out great in the mud and sand.

What size tire are you wanting, I might be able to save you some money on some BFG A/T KOs 315-70-17 with lots of tread left.

I have a set on my F150. Great for as much as I drive on the highway.

I had a set on my old truck, as others have said, not great in the mud. Overall, I liked them, and wasn't worried too much about mud.

Had a set on my 1/2 ton 4x4 a few years ago. One on the back came apart while pulling my bass boat. Ripped the plastic fender well out and scratched the heck out of the paint. Will never use them again. Go with BFG or Mich. IMO.
