Welding help needed!!!!

I have a hitch on my pt cruiser that takes 1 1/4th I am looking to get a conversion from 1 1/4th to 2 in from harbor freight and have it welded into the receiver... Anyone around Irving have some time tonight?

Not a big advantage to pinning the 1 1/4" compared weldin it...
