Snake at Gas Pump

One of my employee's stopped to get gas in his motorcycle this morning on the way to work. He got off his bike pulled his wallet out was look down at his wallet to pull his card out and noticed this snake a copperhead laying next to the pump. He got a lady next to him to run in and tell the store people about it while he stayed there to make sure it did not go anywhere or move and have some one else drive up. He said a redneck dude a customer in the store came out grabbed the snake and went and put it in the field next to the store.
He did say it was bleeding around the tail area so probably had been run over.
This was at the Quicktrip at 360 and Camp Wisdom in South Arlington.

Copperhead? I'm seeing juvi moccasin. I could be wrong. It's not really important because either way it's venomous and the guy is a little off for picking it up.
