The best shops are at the causeway in Corpus/North Island. Otherwise down at the harbor in Port A. Woody's. There is one in back of the tackle store in front of Trout Street.

That will save you the hassle of stopping in to check if they have it. If they still don't have it you can keep heading in towards Corpus to the bait bucket in Flour Bluff and if all else fails, Roys bait and tackle near Rodfield rd and 361 usually carries a great selection of dead bait.

Fresh crabs are gonna be hard to come by. From what I've been told blue crab numbers are WAY down.

Usually assorted live bait listed on the chalk board. We usually pickup live shrimp @ 6:00AM, not sure when they open. Watch the bait flags wherever you go.
