As for Israel, Big Todd, yes they have been fighting a long time as is described in "the good book" as you call it. That same good book also clearly says that those who support Israel will be blessed and those that do not will be cursed... As for me and my household, we will support Israel, and the day that this nation refuses to, that is the day that God will indeed remove His blessing from this once great nation and it will surely fall.

Yeah, and it also says that we kinda have to support Israel too. This goes back to whether or not Israel was guided to the promised land - whether it was given to them by God almighty. Those in the middle east pretty much think Israel stole the land, and as such they don't deserve to exist. Obviously the Jews think that the land was given to them by God. The bible I read agrees with Israel.

Keep in mind too that the bible also says it all ends right there. And, while I am on that subject, have you ever read the Revelation? I can't find America in it.

Saw this on facebook this evening, and I'll try to retype my post here if I can remember all of it:

It can happen here too folks. We Americans are very complacent in our safety and security here at home, but let's not forget that there are literally billions of people in this world who hate us with a passion. The only thing that has stopped it from happening here is the fear of CERTAIN US retaliation. If we don't get some real leadership in this country soon, those who hate us will begin to see us as weak and will no longer fear the US retaliation. It's starting folks, under our currently leadership, the certainty of a US retaliatory attack has already dwindled to a mere possibility.

That was the gist of it. Those in the Middle East will fight until the Second Coming of Christ, it's in the Bible, but don't think for a minute that Hamas, Al Queda et al would just as soon attack the US if they thought they could get away with it.

Israel "will" take care of themselves with the ferocity, inherent will to survive! News just said 160 strikes on the bad guys? My gut tells me this time it's not going to be a brief attack on the fanatics, rather a "kick A.." battle. A country that knows it is targeted for extinction, Israel, remembers every day their history of targeted genocide....these pro's will take care of business!!
