May be the fact that the LR primers are not Mag primers. As I understand it (and I'm not 100% on this, I only load one magnum caliber and use mag primers for it as recommended) the mag primers are a bit hotter. This is because the powders used in magnum rifles are typically slow burning (4831 is pretty slow) and many use a coating to retard the burn rate, so they require a hotter primer to reliably ignite. There are even some loads for non-magnum calibers that recommend the use of magnum primers based on the type of powder used, I know there are a couple for .308 that recommend a mag primer, but I've never tried them.
I would NOT use the remaining rounds. I would pull the bullets, dump the powder and destroy it (you can't be sure if it's a primer problem or a powder problem, and deprime (read up on how to do this with live primers safely), then start over. I've never used Wolf brand primers, so I know nothing about them first hand, but I've heard some people have had them fail to fire in the past. I've had excellent results from CCI and Winchester primers. Maybe see if you can find a box of CCI LR magnum primers and use those instead.

When I started shooting them it didn't sound right. It almost sounded like I could hear the hammer hitting then the bullet going off. It's a click then boom. What could it be? I shot 10 times and heard it 8. It shot an ok group.

pull bullets, dump powder, chamber brass, then point rifle in safe direction and pull trigger to detonate live primer
then remove spent primer and start from scratch
some people have removed live primers, at 3 cents each, I'll fire 'em and load new ones
