Hey guys, I just received a job offer and will be moving out of the nest and into an apartment with my girlfriend. I already have a budget set up. Does anybody have an idea of what I can expect to pay each month for water and electricity? 1 bed 1 bath 850sqft. We are very careful and do not waste electricity. The apartments we are moving into were built in Oct 13' so they are new and should be fairly efficient. I would really appreciate the help. I have already asked the property manager to give me some estimates based on current resident bills. Thank-you in advance.

What floor are you on? Are you i sulated by other units? Do you face West? All little hung that could affect your a/c bill, but even so I think $150 would easily cover it. Just double check you don't get hosed on your rate from the electric company.
I think my highest bill when I lived in a similar sized apartment (3-5years ago) was $90.
Also, water might be lumped in with rent and trash. Mine was. Seemed like it was $12/month or something pretty cheap.
