God has truly blessed us with our son. He's got his days and nights mixed up which is wearing on his momma, but all the doctors have told us that he is 100% healthy and will get them straight soon enough. 
The second part to my prayer request was that my first son, Cayden would accept Grayson as his brother with no problems. When we first told Cayden about the baby coming, he had a melt down and wanted nothing to do with a brother. Now that he is here, Cayden has instantly become the best big brother ever. Still doesn't change diapers yet, but can calm Grayson down as quick as any of us and loves to hold and play with his little brother.
We were at my parents and while I was picking up the trailer in the pasture, they snuck this picture.
