I was wondering the same thing. We just committed to buy a lot today. My wife isn't a hunter but she loves to fish. The same with my daughter. It would be nice to take the family out sometimes but I want them to enjoy it as much as me!

I got it here on TBH. We did see the campground. It's small, but nice! Didn't see the cleaning station. Not too worried about that myself. I have a game rack that slides in the receiver and a feed bucket to catch what I chunk so....

The fishing can be very good. There have taken 12+ lb largemouth out of the lakes over the years. There are a lot of smaller fish as well. I fished out there once (10ft bass buggy) and did quite well. They have floating fish feeders set up on most (if not all) of the lakes. They stock catfish, crappie, and bass.
The cleaning station is very nice. That is where the tags are kept, so you'll need to go there anyway before you start cleaning any deer. 2 stations with gambrels, winches, and concrete floors. Electricity, water, and ice machine as well.

You can own 4 lots (as long as they are touching) for one POA fee. $35 a month undeveloped or $70 a month with a house. If you find a location that is for sale that you like, Dianna will give you the name/phone number of your neighbors to see if they are willing to sell their lots. This way you could get a larger tract.Last edited by ATControlFreak; 07-04-2014, 06:37 PM.
