    Need Ahi Recipe

Got a couple of Ahi steaks I'm gonna fix up for dinner.. Had some the other day with some homemade mango salsa and it was pretty awesome. I wanna try something a little different tonight. Anybody have any ideas?

Raw. With a little good soy sauce.

Just what I was thinking! Or chunked up, raw, lime juice and diced jalapeƱo! Ceviche style, just don't let it acid cook like actual ceviche!

I have cooked some lately. I put some fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, siracha, and garlic on the steaks. Let sit for 20-30 min. Get a cast iron skillet really hot with some olive oil. Sear each side for 3 min. Should end up seared on the outside and nice and pink on the inside. Steaks I have had were pretty thick. It's pretty simple but turns out really nice.
