    I live west of weatherford. We killed one 2 nites ago and our jack Russell got bit last nite. We could smell it but couldn't find it. That one is still out there

                Dang! I can't believe I haven't seen any yet this year. I always kill 5-6 every spring/summer. Only snake I'll kill. We always have 2-3 customers every summer that get nailed by one.

                    I shot in the Texas Recurve Championship today. We walked up to pull arrows from a pig target and there was a copperhead under it! (Apparently I woke him up when I missed the target low.) lucky no one got chomped
