I took 1 buck and 50 lb hog he charged me 882.00 for summer sausage and beef sticks I could of bought a cow!.... Just my 2 cents I never went back!

And I deboned the buck and hog!

I dropped off a deer there last year and paid around $100

10lbs jerky
20lbs summer sausage
Rest hamburger grind

I wouldn't go back either if I was charges that much. I've also taken meat to A&H and had a good experience

Yuup!! My buddy took one deer. Got mostly jerky and some salami made. His bill was $550. Ive heard the same about his taxi work.

No personal experiences here but rather not chance it. El Campo and Hiblers for year round processing. A&H or Saenz Meat Processing during hunting season.

From personal experience. Praseks in Hillge is great and reasonable. They do all mine. Not that far from double L

I use El Campos in Kingsville as well. 1st class operation and good people to boot!

A&H is where ive always taken mine. They are nice people, fast and I have no complaints about their price or quality for sausage (summer and smoked jali n cheese).

I use Moody's Meats on alameda and Airline. We've dropped off several deer and elk through out the years and have always had A+ service and quailty. Marty over at All Creatures will stright stick it to ya. I dropped off 100lbs of de-boned meat for sasuage and still found several pieces of bone mixed in it not to mention the $665 he charged me. TRUE STORY!!
