    Nocturnal Customer Service

I've been a nocturnal fan since first trying them about three years ago. I've actually got a couple of the original knocks from the first purchase but have lost some over the years and broke one by hitting it with another arrow.

So I just purchased a 3 pack from BPS and immediately noticed that one felt loose on the string and they all turned on too easy. They would activate just from knocking the arrow on the string.

I've been practicing with them as I've been doing a bit more than normal long range shooting and the weight makes a speed difference which shows up beyond 70 yards.

Fast forward a few days and my second attempt found them very dim. The next day, they'd hardly light up in the dark.

I emailed nocturnal today and they said to return them to the manufacture for replacement.

If you are shooting S nocks then you should go to TGB nocks as they are about the exact same but seam to be a little better made and a lot cheaper. I've shot a lot of Nocturals before rage bought them out and have shot a lot of the TGB nocks and with both on occasion I will run across ones like your talking about activating when putting on the string.

I have had problems with them fitting too loose for sure. I solved it by using saran wrap for a tighter fit and trimming the excess. it worked great. I have not had any problems with them coming on too easy. That's a new one for me......
