Fat People UPDATE - Where yall at ???

Ok, been a little over a month since we all got together and discussed our fatness !

    Jan 1, 45yrs old - 5'9" and 272lbs

6 months and NO BEER (low carb diet) later....... I'm still 5'9", but now I weigh 234lbs......

The last month I've only lost like 4 pounds but still heading in the right direction.

3 days a week bike and weights......

        Lost 38 lbs in 3 months -

How did I do it? Had a little help from a bleeding ulcer. LOL - do not recommend this form of weight loss. But it gave me a boost and I am continuing on with losing more weight.

2 years ago I was 5-7 and 245. 6 months ago I was 5-7 145. I am now lifting more and more comfortable at 165lbs. Starts with diet, then gradually exercise. When you start seeing results its a lot easier to want to get into a routine. Just baby steps. Keep it up! and don't lose sight of your goals.

It's been tough ! I am an expert beer drinker, so its been real tough.

I consider myself to be big bonedid ! So 220lbs is the goal. 14 lbs to go.

I'm back at it. Started this adventure at 380 lbs. This week I'm 260 lbs. Started June 2013. Last week was my first excersise at all. This week I began cardio and weights. Gotta get the muscle on and a little more fat off. Shooting for 240 ish lbs. But I truely don't know what weight I'll need to be at once I put on some muscle.

I'm 6'5" so I'm almost happy at 260 lbs. However I'm still in the obese category. I have to get down to 230 to be "normal". I don't care about normal yet but I am still improving myself.

Anyways, keep at it. I felt like nothing could get me to where I am today. But with a lifestyle change I was able to pull it off. I don't miss my old ways of eating at all.
