Got my BBB back from Triple C and they did a great job! Had them weld a roof, basket for yeti45, full length skid plate, and front rack. Also, had them add 3in lift to support the weight, extra watering system for rear batteries, front and rear LED light bars, and cover the seats with Justin leather and add OS leather handles. They did some work to my trailer as well with a front storage box and tie down hooks. John Campbell did great work and very pleased with the results.
Took it to the lease on Saturday and the place was muddy. Pulled the trailer with 1500lbs of feed and a couple of feeders and the BBB never missed a step. I tried it in battery mode (2whl drive) and it did fine - although it goes through battery power fairly quickly when pulling that much weight.
The only negative point - BBB has a 2in hitch mounted to the rear floor board and not to the frame. I bent the floor board/hitch with all the weight on the trailer. This was not good as we had to transfer 15 bags to the front, roof, rear of the BBB and drive to the feeder x2 trips. It held all that weight fine (plus me and my brother and loaded yeti. I should have asked John to weld the hitch up to the frame - but didn't think of that at the time he was working.
Sorry for the long post but I haven't seen a lot of posts on Triple C welding or Bad Boy and thought this post would speak well to both.
