    Bowlite - and their service

    Well its great light for sure. I bought mine at a gun show about a year ago. but on the first use of the wired switches they both broke.

    Not to worried as I assumed warranty will stand behind it.

    I have been dealing with it for 60 days now.

    April I called the 877 number on site and no answer, left message.

    1 week later emailed thru the contact up on the site - no reply

    May I buy another light online (ya my fault at this point) and in comments I mention I need replacement parts for first one and I have tried to contact them.

    No calls no reply, but charged my card.

    1st week in June I start calling for update on order - no answer or response.

    2nd week in June I make a comment on their FB page and it was deleted instantly - so someone is there right?

    Finally get Shane on phone, no real reason for the delay. Says he would be happy to replace part but needs the old ones first. I pay $30 to fedex and its has been delivered.

    Still no one answers phones, messages, or emails. Obviously a side gig and thats cool, but return calls if you cant pay someone to answer phones.

    Today I post again on their FB, deleted in 5 min. But cant seem to call me or update me on order.

    Long story short on service

    Phones are not answered, emails are not replied, and messages are not returned.

    The light was a gift and that is way overdue. Can someone recommend a light so I can follow up on the gift sooner than later?

    Dont go all Dallas Dodge on them lol, fyi that's still in lawyers plates.

    I would have sent you a new one the first time you contacted me and you wouldn't have had to send the bad one back, but then again with our new lights we almost never have a tail cap wire or switch problem. You should check our lights out at www.sniperhawglights.com

      I just received my sniper hawg light earlier this week. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I'm impressed with the quality..

        I just installed my hoglight and will be testing it out very soon. Thanks to sniper Hawg lights they don't stand a chance now!
