Duck boat in the works

I have an aluminum jon boat that I want to turn into a duck hunting boat. I don't know much about painting metal boats. I need suggestions on the type of primers that are used and types of paint. I also am looking for a good place to buy some stencils to paint on the boat. Please respond back with color options that each of you have had good luck with also. Brands of paint, color, base coats, stencils colors, ect. Thanks.

I was given 17 horse suzuki. it runs really good. I had to work on it. I am always looking for a 25 hours electric start.
