Ticks

Hey,
I was wanting to know do any of yall have experience on what works best to get rid of ticks? Nothing is seeming to work, and it's to the point if I go in the back I have to check my legs when I come back in to make sure I don't have any on me. My two dogs and I would greatly appreciate it.

Permethrin not sure if I spelled it right. Buy it at feed store and spray yard/bases of trees.

Thank you, haven't tried that yet tried a few other things from the feed store.

It takes holy war to end them. Had terrible ticks several years ago. I finally hit this routine :
Permethrin bath for my dogs every 7-10 days.
Permethin solution in their kennel & bedding area at the same intervals.
Sevin for the yard

try stock salt in your yard for fleas and ticks.. supposed to wipe em out!! b careful around trees
