    Leather workers, need help

I need a custom holster made. Here are the requirements:

Fits Sig P238 WITH SIG LASER ATTACHED.
    Outside the waistband.
Brown leather, preferably tooled and heavy duty.
    Must stay open for reholstering.
Some sort of retention, probably a thumb strap.
Preferably something easy to put on and take off without undoing the belt, but pancake style would suffice. A clip or paddle would be great, but Binachi makes one with snap-on belt loops built in, kind of like belt keepers.

This would be for my dad's birthday gift, which isn't until late October, so there's plenty of time to design and build. He's getting up there in years, and rarely leaves the house, but there's been an increasing number of burglaries and invasions in his neighborhood, so he wants to have a weapon on him at home primarily. It would be cool if I could get him a matching mag pouch as well. Problem is, there's tons of holsters available for the P238, but nobody makes one that fits with the laser attached, and with his age and eyesight, the laser is probably a good thing.

Okay folks, GO, let's see what you can dream up/make.

    Thanks in advance fellas.

Here are some that I've done.
Pancake with belt loops for a Colt .45acp

This is one I did, with clips, for a Kimber .45acp.

With these type of holsters, because they're wet formed, they can't be tooled because the tooling won't hold it's form.
The reason you can't find a holster to accommodate the gun with a laser is there are just too many configurations of this type of setup and has to be custom made.
In order for me to make a holster I have to have the gun to use as the mold for wet forming.
