I would get on their website and send them a nasty email about your problems. I had a problem with a 10" table saw when trying to order some replacement parts off their site and could not get them in. They could not tell me when they could get them in and I had them on order for over 3 months. Their site says "over 6 million parts in stock". I wrote and told them that this was false advertising. Got a call from a regional rep and ask what the problem was. Told her that I had broken some parts on my table saw and needed to get it fixed so I could use it. Useless without the parts. I told her that if I di not get the parts to fix that saw I was going to trash it and buy another brand and it would definitely not come from Sears and I would be through buying anything from Sears. She ask what she could do to keep me as a customer and I told her to let me turn this saw in and get a new one. Now way, but I told her she could do anything if she wanted too. Eventually she issued a credit for the broken saw I had and I went to our local store and got a brand new saw, same brand and style for $42. Either that or call the manager at the Sears where you bought the washer and complain. Don't back down, they don't like loosing customers especially in times likes these.
