    2nd attempt with BGE.

Looks good, but in my experience you really don't need the water pan. The BGE keeps a ton of moisture in.

Yep. These things were made perfect for poultry. Never need to waste a beer up a chicken's butt again.

I did my first sitting chicken (also on indirect heat) a few weeks ago and didn't use a water pan. I did spray it down a few times. I'm sure it will turn out just fine, good luck!

Is the kitchen project completed now?

I'm heavy into the ordering phase right now, but I'm going the DIY except for the pavilion.

Just a few finishing touches left.

Chicken might be the BGE's favorite thing to cook.......

Seriously looking at an egg, I can't stand it any longer. Where to buy around Houston?

Ace Hardware in the Woodlands. Picked mine up from them a month or so ago. They deliver and set up.

                    Very good group!

I bought mine at Sweetwater Pool and Spa in Bellaire, but now I'm in the Woodlands I use Ace for anything BGE related I need.
