Bluffs landing in flour bluff for around 100 per night. However, you have to drive across causeway to get to north padre beach though it is a very short 5-10 minute) drive. About 25 units at marina.

I've used priceline.com when I went to CC. Pretty good rates on hotels.

Courtyard Condos at Port A is pretty reasonable. You can walk to the beach.
