I had a roommate in college that had a date that ended the EXACT same way!

She fussed and growled, but was pretty tired. Had her good behind the neck and between the ears. Only about 12 weeks old.

Did send her off with a comp rabies vac and worming. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

God knows I've been given more of them than I deserve.

***For the record on her release, I did pray for her and that she never crossed my path ever again.

It does my heart good to see someone take care of one, instead of killing it. I never understood the hatred for Raccoons around here. We're the ones putting corn out in the woods.... go ahead and flame away, but I let the coons go.

I have no problem with them eating my corn. Its the tearing up my feeder that gets on my nerves. Nothing like spending $60 or so dollars on corn a 336 mile drive back down to the lease to find a $200 time destroyed, no corn and no deer.

I worked for a vet during high school. We had a few coons come through. I thought they were cute. The vet said "Yeah, everyone else does too until they get to be about 30 lbs and try to climb the drapes. They don't take being reprimanding like a dog. You swat on the rear and next thing you know its climbing up your leg biting your AZZ."
