Need help finding a measurement app

Was on a job site today and saw someone using an iPad app that I would really like to find, problem is that he left before I could inquire about.
Here's what the app did..... He took a picture in a mechanical room of a boiler that is to be replaced and entered the known dimension of the man door, 6'8" and hit calculate. The app used the entered size and calculated the size of everything in the pic!

Anyone know what app this is? I've googled for an hour with no luck.

    Thanks

we use one that sounds similar called Bluebeam; can do the picture and measure as well as blue print markups and for oil and gas guys we use it on P&ID walk downs and as built all the time. love it for field mark-ups even office reviews.
