    Think I found the problem....

    My 16 yr-old daughter is driving my '72 Chevy Truck...




    She tells me that it's running a little rough...

    Yep... that'll do it....!!!






    Nothing a valve job and a new carb and intake won't fix.....

        Yeah I can see where that could cause some problems

        Cracked valve is way better than a cracked head though

              Make sure you have the machine shop mag the heads. Chevy's are prone to cracking there also. So much heat between the two exhaust valves.

                    I was thinkin a nice set of smoothed up Vortec heads with new valves, nice roller rockers, and up grade the intake if it hasn't already been. And for the love of mouse motors man....put some headers on that dude.

                      I like the way Dale thinks. But that aint no rat motor. Better yet, a few more bolts and lift that engine outta there and clean up that compartment. Nice toys

                          Boat motor is a 540 that'll run 9.50 in the quarter...

                          The guy in Richland Springs that builds my race motor is doing the heads...
