I grew up in Blessing and left when I graduated high school in 1981. My childhood friend"s mom ran the joint for years so I ate many a meal there and I don't know how many times we were run out of the kitchen. Great memories of small town living.

Let me know how that lease works out. I was looking at joining it this year because their property is closer for me but ended up staying on my lease.

The rooms are ok. The bathroom/shower is shared I think the rooms cost $15-$20 a night

I'm not on the waterfowl lease but I am on the dove lease with Chuck Franks. This will be my 3rd year with them, had some decent hunts down here.

I worked at the Nuclear Plant for 7 years, and we used to eat there a lot. It was always good.
