You can print and snail mail the application. As long as it is postmarked by the 9th it will be fine. That is why they hold the draw for seven days, to allow for all mailed applications to arrive before they draw.Comment

Just called up there and they said it has to BE THERE today.. If the website is down for a while they said they will extend it another day..Comment

So when you register, if it starts working again before cutoff, and you select 2 hunters and get drawn, does that mean you get 2 permits to hunt for 2 people? Sorry first time applying. I forgot about the deadline last year. Kinda stupid question but it is the government and we know they can make some questionable decisions...Comment

You can apply with someone so you either both get it or neither of you get it, but if you do get it then that counts as two permits gone from the draw..Comment
