Winnie eats???

Got kiddos down here at the beach for the weekend and staying in Winnie. Anybody got any ideas on good grub close by?

We are staying right beside Al-T's....and its hard not to want seafood or cajun food when im down this way.

Al-T breakfast..... Was suggested to me a few weeks back and it was the best dang breakfast ive ever had. I had the boudin and cheese omlette and my girlfriend had the breakfast plate with the Al-T Toast.

As far as lunch/dinner goes, never had it so cant tell ya what to get.

theres another restaurant on the east bound feeder, but on the west side on I-10 called double H that has some pretty good grub. headed south at the last light in town on the right "Machos" is a jam up mexican food joint. thats about all you have there

There's a BBQ joint on the south side of Winnie - Tony's. I dig it.

Hard to mess up fried shrimp but not a big fan of all there food but breakfast is dang good. Go hungry and order one pancake at a time, you will thank me later

Al T's for breakfast was the best advice I was ever given. The boudain and cheese omlet was awesome!
