Ok I know all of you are going to say Ragin... I don't have time to order so I am looking for 10 teachers Monday and need a great fajita marinade I can put them in the night before... I need something that is great!!!!!

There's also scientific evidence that suggests that marinating for more than 20-30 minutes causes more harm than good, just FYI

6 Tomatillos, 2 fresh juiced limes, 3 whole peeled garlic cloves, 1 jalapeno whole, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 tbs salt and 2 tbs blk pepper, 1 cup white wine (pinot grigio or a chardonay).
Put it all in a blender and cover the fajitas with it for at least 4 hours (overnight is great too).
Salt and pepper them again while they're grilling, and you will have some very happy teachers.
Side note
After you pull the meat out, add another seeded and deveined jalapeno. Dump the marinade into a sauce pan. Cook on med high until the wine is cooked down and you have an excellent salsa verde.
