    It's been a month.... Talk to me Fat Folks !

    I started January 1, and now we are staring at month # 6 !!!
    Started at 272lbs (I'm 5' 9") and just broke into the 230's ! First time in close to 15 years.
    I am sitting at 238lbs...... 34lbs gone !!!! I have given up beer (low carb) and cigars for the most part.

    Talk to me people, where yall at ????

    This is the before: The after will come when I hit my goal of 220.

      I am very close to the same size. I'm 5'10" and was 164 and am now 145#. I started about 6 weeks ago.

          Honestly, Other than changing my diet and walking like 3 days a week its been pretty easy. I have OCD so the diet is either way on, or way off ! I'm happy I have been able to stick with it. I will be 46 in August and I would like to fix things now before I have a heart attack or something.

            Was 276, weighed at my Drs. yesterday with clothes, shoes at 235!

              I peaked at 350 last year. As of this morning I'm down to 316.

                            Congrats on the weight loss. I am still fat. I am 6'5", and weigh in at about 250. I have always been skinny (around 210) until age and beer drinking caught up to me. Now gotta revise my lifestyle or go buy a lot more clothes. I have devised a method I will be implementing today when I get home, and also going to try the crossfit stuff at home.
