I looked at wood valley and the house you mentioned bulldog and the wood valley one is high on the price and the one bulldog mentioned is a little small for us. I appreciate the help gents. It looks like the owner is being more cooperative and we are filling out paperwork! Let's keep our fingers crossed!!
