Had them call me and within 3 minutes they had another package on order to ship. Only thing better would have been 3 pkgs shipped the first time...

I just got ripped off on eBay... Its going to take them a couple weeks to get my money back. Amazon primed the same item for a few bucks more, lesson learned.

I bought a "universal" golf cart enclosure last November from Amazon. Stuck it on and the fit sucked and a much of the zippers tore up on it. I didn't get around to trying to return it until February. When I went to return it, it said non returnable due to being classified as hazardous material.

I sent their CS an email asking why it was classified as hazardous along with an explanation of why I wanted to return it and within an hour I had a response saying that they were issuing full credit and no return was necessary.

This thing was like $250.

I'm a fan.

Amazon is a great company. You can't beat Prime. As much stuff as we order off of Amazon the free 2 day shipping has paid for the price of the Prime membership 100x over.

i ordered an item this morning and am having it shipped same day for $5.99. how freaking awesome is it that it gets here the same day i order it online. I would have spent at least $5.99 in gas driving to the store to get it.

I bought a Shakespeare Ugly Stick fishing rod on Amazon Prime last week. Arrived in cardboard carton, obviously damaged. Upon opening, was not surprised to find rod was broken.

Went back online and reported damage, and it states standard process was to repack and allow UPS to pick up. Amazon sends UPS already equipped with mailing label and return authorization.

So I stuck the broken rod back in the same carton, taped up the opened end-and put it on the fronch porch for UPS to pick up-which they did.

Next day I got email acknowledgement that return was received, and replacement rod was en route. Not bad at making lemonade fron lemons.

Had my package delivered Sunday. Considering memorial day was Monday, it was nice getting my package sunday instead of having to wait until Tuesday.

My favorite feature is subscribe and save…with any order of 4 items or less you get 5% off. Any order with 5 or more items you get 15% off your entire order. I have found that most of the household items I usually have to remember to get a the store I just have it on subscribe and save now…paper towels, toilet paper, razor blades…heck I even get the kids snacks for their lunches from Amazon. With the 15% off the entire order its cheaper than going to the store. There is no way they make money on me with my prime membership…I wear them out with shipping.
