Straight razor shave

Had my first ever straight shave at the barber today......I enjoyed the heck out of it. I've been wanting to try it for a long time and a shop not to far from me started offering it about a month ago by appointment only. They have 2 ladies that do it and on a whim I made an appointment this afternoon and finally had it done. It seemed as she took her time (I didnt mind it one bit) and did a good job. The shave was super close and smooth and no irritation at all. I really enjoyed it and definitely will be going more often

I have been told to cover a Ballon with shave cream,once you master removing all the shave cream with out popping,its time to try on live flesh.
Who else know how to practice

I use an older style double edge saftey razor. So much better of a shave.

Same here. I ordered all of the stuff online about a month ago. It's amazing how much better of a shave it gives.
