I heard that saying for the first time in my life today. Except the guy said the devil was fighting with his wife.

Huntsville has plenty. Can stop anytime. And, for a while.

It means it's raining and the sun is shining.

My grandma and Dad always said it when I was growing up.

My wife is from California and she thought I was crazy the first time I said it.

The line is actually "the devil beats his wife with a silver chain". Pretty cool song.
