What town is this closest to so I can get an idea of how far drive from my house this would be?

I have access to farm equipment(tractor, bush hog, seed hopper, box blade) as well as work for a steel company. Maybe if you won't let someone pay you, there could at least be some land improvements or fabrication work done in return.

This may help some of you decide. I am looking for someone close by me to ride share with to help split gas, and someone that wants to go as much as I do. I don't expect you to go every weekend like me but that would be a bonus. This place may be best for someone that doesn't have a lease. Not saying that is all I am looking for.

When I am saying I am being picky it not to be an a-hole. If someone tries to go to this place without me we will both loose. If you are trying to see where the place is and then offer them money to hunt, that will not happen either. After people around there saw the deer I shot off of the place 2 years ago. He was offered all kinds of money. He doesn't want anyone hunting on the land but I am family so he lets me. I just have to make sure I let someone hunt with me that I can trust.

I will try and answer all pm's as fast as I can and I will call people that gave me numbers to call.
