Y'all need to figure out how to deactivate the dome. Crazy amounts of rain to the south and west of you. Hope y'all get some before this system heads east.

Went to Mason to new lease on Friday, Sat, and today, Predictions 20-30% isolated showers all weekend. It rained on us Friday & Saturday, and flooded on us this morning. So much for a productive trip to the lease

Over 4" today in San Saba and another storm cell is coming through around midnight. Watch out for flooding. Had to drop it into 4 high to get home.

Weatherman does not make or control the weather they just try to guess what's coming based on science, and past history.....
If you want the rain, seriously ask the rain maker,,,, Get as many others as you can to join and pray every hour on the hour, be specific, be thankful be glad for others who have gotten it and tell God why you want the rain...... A unified prayer from many does not get ignored by God,,, we should always ask for what we need, not asking is not having any faith that he can meet the need... Will he answer, that only God knows ... I and many. Others know he can ,,,, and if we ask for nothing we usually get exactly what we ask for,,,, but if many have the same need it is always better for the many to ask than only one or two.....

That is the county road running across the north end of our property. I guess the water is 3' over the road right now.

This is looking across the front yard at the cabin. Notice the overflow spewing on my rainwater collection! Water is standing everywhere.

Two of our tanks are full to capacity, one is darn near full. Next line of storms coming through should take care of it.

I wonder how my folks' place fared out toward Cross Plains though?

It is a blessing for sure.

It made a late arrival here in Uvalde County but it's been dumping on us in Sabinal for an hour and a half!

The last couple of rains managed to break through the iron dome we've had up for the past few years and our tanks went from 10% (if that) to about 70%. Hoping this rain will fill them. A month ago we were worried we wouldn't have any water on the ranch by August - now we'll be heading into the summer with full or almost full tanks! Thank you Lord!

Maybe we'll even get our rivers back this year!

I pray that all y'all that are desperate, like we were, for rain are blessed in time! We'll keep praying for y'all.
