I'll be holding my nose and voting for Dewhurst. Patrick was born a yankee so that's reason enough not to vote for him. Branch should beat Paxton.

Today is election day. Go vote! Obviously, each person has his or her views on this election. I'll make an appeal for Dan Patrick. I personally believe in his vision, but (disclaimer) I also happen to work for him. I run his Capitol staff and office. I'm not a campaigner. Just a policy wonk who believes in conservative values. If you don't vote for him, I will be out of a job and might not get to hunt this fall. If I can't hunt, I will go hungry since I mostly eat game. If I go hungry, I wont have the energy for TBH anymore. It's a scary thought, I know. Vote for Dan Patrick so I can hunt!

Dewhurst looks like a desperate liar to me that would do anything to hold on to power. I remember his Senate campaign against Ted Cruz and the lies he told then were mind blowing.
