Congratulations! We've been buying this house for 14 years now.I love my neighborhood,and I have a very pretty yard,but man it's a lot of work! Soon as my son graduates from school,we're buying a little bitty house,with a little bitty yard...Preferably a luxury apartment somewhere,near a bar!
