I am a business operations/marketing guy with a decent amount of connections in the A/C business. I am potentially looking to team up with a service guy that preferably has their TDLR license. Curious to know if it is common for a license holder own part of the company, or get paid to use the license? Any other info would be appreciated as well.

Someone that had there license and retired maybe your best shot. Pay the required insurance and state fees to keep it valid on top of making a little extra money. Good luck
